Location

The Equator Village on Gan can be reached by air from Male (The capital city of Maldives) The island is 5 Km in length and 3 Km in width and is the largest island in the Addu Atoll. Gan has extraordinary vegetation including palm trees, bushes, flowers and lush green fields. Gan was a former British Navy and Airforce base and for this reason the island is very well equipped. There are four other island surrounding Gan which are interconnected by bridges and can be visited on foot or by bicycle. The hotel is set amongst tranquil gardens with a small private beach accessed by steps.
